Our services were requested to help design an ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) to integrate over an existing detached garage. This required a variance request through the BOA (Board of Adjustments) due to the existing location of the detached garage. Our BOA request was approved and permits are near full approval by the City and County of Denver.
